Welcome to the Phoenix Membership Series ("Membership", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and access to the Phoenix Membership Series. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive access to exclusive content and experiences, which may include:

  • Monthly “Phoenix Empowerment Tip”
  • Quarterly “Phoenix Brief” career insight videos and articles
  • Weekly “Wings of Wisdom” inspiration emails
  • A free 3-day course: Write Your Way to the Top
  • Members-only webinars, coaching, and community engagement

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any content or service at any time. The above membership benefits apply to the yearly subscription. The month-to-month members receive only the Monthly Phoenix Empowerment Tips and the Weekly Wings of Wisdom emails.

2. Billing & Payments
  • Membership is offered at two pricing options:
    • Monthly: $7.50/month (auto-renews monthly)
    • Annual: $75/year (auto-renews annually)
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal).
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time in a billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled after the renewal date are non-refundable.
4. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

All content within the Phoenix Membership Series is the intellectual property of [Your Company or Name] and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content without written permission.
